Terms of Service | Elaph Media

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the Elaph Media PLC website (the "Service") operated by Elaph Media PLC ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Digital Marketing Services

Elaph Media PLC agrees to provide digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, and Content Marketing as outlined in specific Service Orders. While we utilize advanced analytics and industry best practices to achieve results, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines or specific ROI figures, as these are subject to third-party algorithms.

2. Payment Terms and Timelines

Payment schedules for our services will be outlined in your specific proposal. Generally, retainer fees are due at the beginning of the month. Project-based fees may require an upfront deposit. Failure to make payments within 30 days of the invoice date may result in a pause of services or campaign suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Any creative assets, ad copy, or content developed by Elaph Media PLC for the client will become the property of the client upon full payment of fees. However, the proprietary methodologies, software, and data analysis tools used by Elaph Media PLC to create these assets remain the intellectual property of Elaph Media PLC.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve the use of third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). You acknowledge that your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Elaph Media PLC is not responsible for account suspensions or bans resulting from the violation of third-party policies, though we will make every effort to ensure compliance.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, Elaph Media PLC will provide a final report and transfer any client-owned assets.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elaph Media PLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
